The Dubai Mall

I was the local producer for this 15″ TVC/Pre-Roll for the prestigious Dubai Mall rebrand shot by Lachlan Bailey. We shot over 2 days to produce 16 key visuals for print & digital in addition to this 15″ film. The shoot had a very demanding schedule and many last minute demands from the high fashion team brought in from London & New York. The campaign featured supermodels Isabeli Fontana and Clint Mauro.

Burberry #ArtoftheTrench

I facilitated a shoot for Burberry shooting around Dubai with various influencers. The shoot generated a variety of film content that was posted on Burberry’s channels to support the “Art of the Trench” campaign. The influencers themselves also posted content to their own followers to gain further traction and engagement surrounding the #AOTT campaign.

Our Beautiful Game

“Our Beautiful Game” captures one month in the life of English football and was commissioned by the National Football Museum.

The film is a football odyssey – taking the audience to the furthest corners of the country that invented the game and back again.

The 4k film is projected at a huge scale in the museum’s dedicated cinema and together with Bent Ear‘s full 7.1 surround audio mix, it works to completely immerse the audience in the world of football.

Centrepoint

I produced this short commercial for Impact BBDO to promote the Centrepoint Sale in Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE. For this we appointed comedy director Ahmed Hussein and flew both the lead actors in from Egypt.

We produced the whole ad within a quick 2 week timeline to be released in time for the sale. The advert was well received and was shown online, pre-roll, shared through social media and also screened in cinemas.

Emirates #HelloTomorrow

I was the local producer for the Emirates “Hello Tomorrow” campaign re-brand with Grey London. We shot these three TVCs whilst also sharing the B777 and A380 planes with the stills photographer Damien De Blinkk – so it was an enjoyable challenge in very cramped working conditions!

Jumeirah Inside

Produced the content shot at the luxurious Burj Al Arab hotel for this new Jumeirah collaboration with Google. We filmed for 4 days over Ramadan around the whole hotel including the Helipad, Royal Suite and Aquarium.

The content we created included linking video sequences, 360º still spheres, 360º video sequences and video/audio content for additional user interactions such as the fountain display.

Please visit the website here to explore this range of media as it’s not possible for me to display within this portfolio format.

Here is the introductory film to give you a taster but there are several films and interactive experiences on the website itself.

What is a2 Milk?

This short film for a2 Milk™ explains their product in a friendly and informative way.

We filmed the lovely cows at Blaze Farm in the peak district, one of A2’s own dairy farms. We then added lively animations and info graphics to bring a light hearted tone to a rather factual and scientific subject. We prayed for a glorious day and the weather gods were kind to us!

The Olympic Museum

The video clip below shows a taster of the film and interactive content created for The Olympic Museum. The exhibits I produced include the following:

“The Flame is Yours” is a unique use of AV in a spiral art installation, featuring footage and motion graphics projected onto suspended silicone rods surrounding a ramp walkway at the entrance of the museum. (00:08)

“Opening Ceremonies” is a 12 metres wide immersive film installation celebrating the greatest moments of the opening ceremonies from across the world with accompanying dramatic sound design. (03:38)

A projected interactive newspaper allows visitors to learn of the influences on Olympics founder Pierre de Coubertin at the time of its creation. It uses a physical blank newspaper triggered by gesture tech to then project animated scenes onto it and appearing to magically bringing it to life. (01:48)

I also produced various other interactive exhibits including a multi-user game allowing people to vote and learn about the rules of the games and also to learn about the origins behind the olympic rings and colours.
